Download PDFThe gas concentration detection sensor (gas detector) is used to detect and provide early warning of dangerous (explosive or toxic) concentrations of the sensed gas. The sensor is suitable for use in industrial premises, refrigeration equipment or warehouses and other enclosed spaces with the possibility of accumulating dangerous amounts of gas. On the contrary, this detector is not suitable for use in places where higher concentrations of ammonia are maintained for a long time, such as poultry houses and cattle and pig farms.
The detector is equipped with a two-stage signaling - visual (LED indication) and sound (85db). Two output relays (voltage-free) with switching contact can be used for remote signaling or control of ventilation / EM valve, etc. The sensor is built on a unified PluraSens platform. The platform allows the connection of the detector, in addition to switching relays, also two analog outputs 0-10V / 4-20mA and digital interface ModBus RS485.
Made in a robust design with IP65 protection - ABS plastic, resistant to mechanical damage. Stiff, tough, resistant to low and high temperatures, low absorbency, harmless to health.
The service life of the sensor is more than 10 years.
When ordering, it is necessary to specify the application to select the correct sensor type. The recommended coverage area by one sensor is 80-120 m 2 , 5-6m radius.
Each sensor is factory calibrated to default values. The law states that recalibration must be performed at least once every 12 months. Calibration may only be performed by a person certified by the manufacturer.

The sensor is designed to detect flammable gases:
Ammonia ( NH 3 )
DETECTOR CALIBRATED TO AMMONIA (AMMONIA).
Tip: Let yourself be automatically notified of the date of the legal calibration by the www.kalibrovat.cz service
Tip: The detector can be equipped with a remote cable sensor.
