Capillary temperature controllers

If the devices are connected to a temperature sensor with a very thin tube, they are so-called capillary temperature controllers, which serve to signal and simultaneously regulate the temperature of the monitored medium. They are connected in such a way that the device itself is not placed on the pipe, but thanks to the considerable length of the flexible and bendable capillary, the panel can be positioned for easy access. The sensors are inserted into sensing brass or stainless steel wells, sometimes secured in a rubber grommet in the pipe wall. The length of the capillary and the working range of the controller can vary significantly between different types, which should be considered when planning the installation and purchasing the equipment. Capillary controllers can, of course, be added later, and the installation is not particularly demanding. Depending on the purpose and usage, a controller for low temperatures can be chosen (starting from 0 degrees, for cooling systems even with negative values) or conversely for working with media at the highest temperatures. In the offer, you will find ZPA Ekoreg capillary temperature controllers.
