Carbon monoxide detector is used to detect and warn of dangerous (toxic) concentrations in a timely manner. The E2608-CO detectors are designed to detect hazardous carbon monoxide concentrations in underground parkings, boiler houses, kitchens, and other confined spaces, where potentially toxic concentration of carbon monoxide can accumulate.

Carbon monoxide expands evenly over space. Therefore, carbon monoxide detectors should be mounted approximately 1,5 m above the floor, at the head height of the persons at risk. When used in air ducts it is placed directly at the flow point.

The EVIKON E2608-CO detector is equipped with two-stage signaling with outputs to the switching relay. It does not have its own visual and acoustic signaling. The E2608 series detectors are an intelligent solution for modern applications with ModBus RS485 communication and two 4-20mA/0-10V analog outputs.

Made in robust design with IP65 protection - ABS plastic, resistant to mechanical damage. Rigid, tough, resistant to low and high temperatures, poorly absorbent, harmless to health. The service life of the detector is more than 10 years.

Each detector is factory calibrated to the default values (described in the manual). The law states that recalibration must be performed at least once every 12 months. Calibration may only be performed by a person certified by the manufacturer.
