Solder length expansion compensator with Meibes protective and guide cover is designed for heating systems and sanitary installations, installation of pipelines for transport of non-aggressive media. Compensating insertion pieces protect against cracking or overloading of soldered and sealed areas due to thermal expansion. They prevent excessive strain on the tube holders and the expansion noise in the pipeline. The insertion piece material is made of high-quality brass. There are solder connections on both sides. It can withstand up to 130 °C. The maximum heating temperature during soldering is 600 °C!
