The Danfoss FJV valve ensures that the return water temperature in the return line, before it flows back into the district heating system, is sufficiently cooled to the desired value. The regulator closes as the temperature rises.

The regulator consists of a control valve, a thermostatic actuator, and a head that allows temperature adjustment. The thermostatic actuator is made up of a bellows. Installation is possible in both the supply and return pipes.

• For regulating the return water temperature from the water tank in systems directly connected to district heating systems.
