Distribution valves

Distribution or switching valves are three-way valves that allow not only the mixing of water but also its distribution into two branches of the system. They are used in heating and cooling systems, ventilation, solar systems, central distribution, and other potable and non-potable water systems. Their operation can be controlled in three ways: manually with a dial, with a thermostatic cartridge, or with a servomotor, which requires the correct adapter for installation. Like mixing valves, distribution valves are made of brass with zinc leaching protection, or cast iron, to achieve high durability and safety.
All main components of mixing valves, and therefore also of distribution valves, can be easily replaced; however, we recommend installing a suitable filter in the system before the valve. This will prevent the need for more frequent maintenance of the distribution valve, extend the lifespan of the valve and the system, and prevent excessive wear or potential damage due to a higher amount of mechanical impurities in the water.
