The STANDARD series QPM1100 duct sensor is used to measure air quality in pipes and ducts . The sensor checks the VOC level in the flowing air in the ventilation or air conditioning systems . Sensing is based on the principle of a heated zinc oxide semiconductor . Sensors can be used to regulate supply or exhaust air or as elements of the building control system. The sensor is ideally suited for rooms where a large number of people gather, or where there may be an increased indication of vapors and an undesirable concentration of various smells. Therefore, the sensor is suitable for halls, halls, fair and exhibition spaces, restaurants, dining rooms and canteens, gyms and fitness centers, conference rooms, shopping centers and others.

This sensor is not intended as a smoke or gas leak warning. At the same time, the sensors are not intended for outdoor use.
