Electric Control

Valves with actuators for precise flow regulation offer high comfort and favourable overall operating costs. They are suitable for offices, hotels, hospitals, and buildings where precise temperature control is needed, including laboratories and research institutes. Thanks to electrically controlled valves, the installation is already balanced, eliminating the need for complicated step-by-step measurements and time-consuming adjustment corrections required by previously used valves. Balancing valves operate in a variable flow mode, delivering exactly the amount of water needed at any given time to individual appliances. This makes the entire system more economical. The valves can be used for all air conditioning applications, as they can have linear or logarithmic characteristics in conjunction with thermoelectric drives or electromechanical actuators. The compact design allows installation even in small spaces, such as fan coil units. Since balancing valves perform two functions – adjustment and regulation – installation costs are halved. Easy commissioning.

The offer includes two basic types of balancing valves - with drainage and without drainage. In cooling and heating systems as well as in domestic water systems, balancing valves are used for precise hydronic balancing (distribution of thermal flows in the system) across a wide range of applications. The required flow rate can be preset as needed. The variant without drainage offers valve closure. The version with drainage, in addition to closure, also features drainage.

It is necessary to balance central heating systems, domestic hot water (DHW) systems, and cooling circuits. The valves are equipped with measuring nipples. For installation, internal threads on both sides of the valve body are used. The control element is a handle made of durable plastic. Manual balancing valves are most commonly manufactured in DN 15 – 50, pressure class PN 20.

The offered balancing valves are from the companies IMI and TACONOVA.
