Emergency Belimo NF series actuator for HVAC dampers or ball valves (e.g., Giacomini R250D with adapter). The actuator is designed for damper sizes up to approximately 2m². The actuator is controlled by a voltage signal DC 0-10V. Feedback is in the range of 2-10V (difference compared to the "SZ" version actuators).

Function

In the event of a power interruption, the return spring begins to rotate the actuator to its default position. For example, during a power outage, it closes the damper or ball valve. The same can be achieved in reverse, depending only on the initial position of the damper. The actuator is opened by a 0-10V signal.
