The Grundfos MAGNA3 pump is part of a range of efficient, high-quality pumps. It is the successor to the original MAGNA pump range. The pump features a number of automatic functions that contribute to maximum efficiency and economical operation. Another advantage is the option of communication via IR wireless technology, as well as operation and monitoring using a smartphone (a communication module must be purchased separately).

The pump complies with the requirements of the EuP Directive.

AUTOADAPT, FLOWLIMIT, FLOWADAPT functions

Thanks to the AUTOADAPT function, the pump analyses the requirements of the heating system and responds to changes by adjusting its performance. The pump reacts to every change in conditions by changing its operating point. This function ensures optimum comfort together with electrical energy savings.

The FLOWLIMIT function allows the maximum flow limit to be set. The pump continuously monitors the liquid flow rate and ensures that the required flow is not exceeded under stable operating conditions. This contributes to the balancing of the entire system and reduces the need for balancing valves.

The FLOWADAPT function is a combination of the above functions. It enables further electrical energy savings.
