Multilift is a complete station ready for pumping wastewater. It is primarily used in single-family and two-family houses.

Consists of

• Fully integrated collection tank with pump and submersible motor
• Non-return valve
• Outlet adapter with flexible connection piece DN100 located on the collection tank
• Control unit
• Level sensor

The collection tank contains 7 inlets around the perimeter. Rear inlets 2x DN100, side inlets 2x DN100, inlet DN100 on the top of the tank, 2x DN50.

Corrosion-resistant polyethylene collection tanks Multilift are gas-tight and watertight and do not emit odours. The sloped design of the bottom reduces the amount of residual water and limits sedimentation.

Pump

Pump with vortex impeller, submersible maintenance-free submersible motor, and oil chamber with physiologically safe oil filling between two mechanical seals.

Control unit

The LC220 control unit with microprocessor is equipped with a display for complete monitoring. The pump and sensor are connected to the control unit regulator with a 4 m or 10 m cable and tube. The power cable is 1.5 m long and equipped with a plug (including phase converter for 3-phase motor). Non-contact, resistive, piezoelectric, pressure sensor connectable to the cabinet, monitored by the control unit with millimetre accuracy and data displayed on the screen. Pressure tube secured against clogging inside the tank without moving parts inside the wastewater.

Functions of the control unit

• On/off based on continuous signal from resistive piezoelectric sensor
• Motor protection during dry running through runtime limitation with subsequent emergency operation
• 24-hour automatic test runs during long periods of inactivity
• Operational data on: operational status (operation, fault), time for service/maintenance once a year (optionally on/off via DIP switch)
• Alarm indication: phase sequence faults and missing phase, sensor fault, high water level alarm, potential-free contact for general alarm
• Automatic or manual alarm reset (optional via DIP switch)
• Easy selection of switch-on level 180 or 250 mm (via DIP switch)
