The Grundfos PM 1 / 2.2 pressure control unit is suitable for for automatic start/stop control of Grundfos pumps and other water supply pumps. The unit is therefore suitable for applications where it is required to switch on the pump depending on the actual water demand.

Functions

The pump is switched on at a pressure of 2.2 bar. The PM 1 unit switches on the pump when the switching pressure is reached and the pump remains in operation until a small flow is reached.

The control unit includes dry running and anti-cyclical protection.
