Which Grundfos Pumps are Suitable for Draining Contaminated Water from Flooded Basements?

No property owner wants to worry about water flooding their home. However, statistics show that the amount of torrential rain has increased by 50% since 1980. Flooded homes are therefore no longer uncommon. There are solutions, however, that help prevent flooding or allow floodwater to be quickly and efficiently drained.

The Grundfos UNILIFT range of submersible pumps is designed for pumping drainage and wastewater. The different variants of UNILIFT pumps differ in material construction, flow capacity, and performance.

Grundfos Sewage Pump

UNILIFT CC
A submersible pump with suction capability for low liquid levels, designed for pumping clean non-aggressive water and slightly contaminated wastewater. The CC pump is suitable for both stationary and portable use.

  • Max. flow rate Q: 14 m3/h
  • Max. head H: 9 m
  • Pumped liquid temperature: 0°C to +40°C (short-term up to +70°C)
  • Maximum passage: ø10 mm
  • Material construction: composite
  • Suction capability: up to a liquid level of 3 mm

UNILIFT KP
A submersible pump designed for pumping clean non-aggressive water and slightly contaminated wastewater. The pump is suitable for both stationary and portable use.

  • Maximum flow rate Q: 14 m3/h
  • Maximum head H: 9 m
  • Pumped liquid temperature: 0°C to +50°C (short-term up to +70°C)
  • Maximum passage: ø10 mm
  • Material construction: stainless steel

UNILIFT AP12
A submersible pump designed for pumping clean non-aggressive water and slightly contaminated wastewater. The AP12 pump can be used as a portable pump and in industrial facilities.

  • Maximum flow rate Q: 32 m3/h
  • Maximum head H: 17 m
  • Pumped liquid temperature: 0°C to +55°C
  • Maximum passage: ø12 mm
  • Material construction: stainless steel

UNILIFT AP35
A submersible pump designed for pumping dirty water, raw wastewater (excluding toilet flushes), and liquids containing fibrous components from industrial facilities, laundries, etc., as well as solid components with a maximum diameter of 35 mm.

  • Maximum flow rate Q: 32 m3/h
  • Maximum head H: 17 m
  • Pumped liquid temperature: 0°C to +55°C
  • Maximum passage: ø12 mm
  • Material construction: stainless steel

UNILIFT AP35B
A submersible pump designed for pumping dirty water, raw wastewater (excluding toilet flushes), and liquids containing fibrous components from industrial facilities, laundries, etc., as well as solid components with a maximum diameter of 35 mm.

  • Maximum flow rate Q: 18 m3/h
  • Maximum head H: 11 m
  • Pumped liquid temperature: 0°C to +55°C
  • Maximum passage: ø35 mm
  • Material construction: stainless steel

Unilift AP50
A submersible pump designed for pumping dirty water, raw wastewater, and liquids containing fibrous components from industrial facilities, laundries, etc., as well as solid components with a maximum diameter of 50 mm.

  • Maximum flow rate Q: 32 m3/h
  • Maximum head H: 12 m
  • Pumped liquid temperature: 0°C to +55°C
  • Maximum passage: ø50 mm
  • Material construction: stainless steel

Unilift AP50B
A submersible pump designed for pumping wastewater. This pump is suitable for installation with an automatic coupling system, which allows easy access to the pump, for example, for maintenance purposes.

  • Maximum flow rate Q: 31 m3/h
  • Maximum head H: 17 m
  • Pumped liquid temperature: 0°C to +40°C
  • Maximum passage: ø50 mm
  • Material construction: stainless steel

NEW: UNILIFT APG
The Grundfos UNILIFT APG pump is a submersible pump designed for pumping wastewater and sewage. UNILIFT APG pumps have a cutting device that grinds solid parts into smaller pieces (max 8mm). The wastewater can then be pumped through a pipe from DN32. The pumps can be placed in a pumping pit independently or on a lowering device with an automatic coupling. A float switch ensures automatic pump operation.

Unilift CC, KP, and AP pumps are submersible pumps for temporary or permanent free installation. AP35B and AP50B pumps are also suitable for installation with an automatic coupling system, where they are lowered into the working position at the bottom of the pumping pit via vertical guide rods.

We offer UNILIFT pumps under favourable conditions in the Grundfos PROMOTION.
