Peveko smart valve

This smart valve from the family company Peveko belongs to the group of interesting smart home products. This valve protects your apartment, house or cottage from flooding. Even after a small water leak, this smart valve automatically shuts off the water supply. The PEVEKO smart valve is fitted with a flood sensor, which is small, wireless and is usually installed on the ground or in places where it can come into contact with leaking water - so that the signal is immediately sent to the valve. Recommended locations are under the sink or bath, near the toilet, washing machine or dishwasher.

It informs you about all events via a mobile app. It can be controlled wherever you are over the Internet thanks to WiFi. It doesn't matter if you forget to turn off the water supply at home or cottage. Thanks to the wireless connection, you can operate the smart valve comfortably even in hard-to-reach areas of the household.

If you buy a wireless remote control - a key fob - or a GSM module, you can control the smart valve via SMS, even if you are not connected to the Internet. So you will always have your property under control, all you need is a mobile phone or tablet.

The advantage of this smart valve is an integrated battery lasting up to 12 hours, so even a power failure will not immediately endanger your home. The valve is powered with a USB adapter. Thanks to low consumption, you can also supply the valve via a solar cell. Battery life can also be extended with a suitable power bank. So you don't need an electrical connection or the sun. Last but not least, the battery can also be easily replaced.

The smart valve is a two-way shut-off ball valve with an actuator. It is made of stainless steel (which guarantees a long service life), certified for drinking water and designed for temperatures up to 90 °C and pressure up to 8 bar (but usually between 2 and 4 bar). It also has water protection - IP 54.

Consumers will certainly appreciate that the valve can be opened manually, as it also includes a lever for manual operation. And because it is fitted with limit switches, you will always know whether the valve is in the open or closed position. The device sends the information to the mobile app.
