It prevents excessive noise in the system, balances pressure differences, and prevents overflow. In systems with a gas hot water boiler, the Hydrolux valve can also be used to ensure minimum flow.
The valve allows you to set an exact pressure differential, which the valve will then maintain while balancing the system. All pressure fluctuations caused by changes in flow within the system will thus be eliminated. When the flow decreases, the pressure differential increases, to which the valve responds by opening the system. This keeps the pressure differential relatively stable.

A. Heating system without mixing. The Hydrolux valve is installed between the suction and discharge nozzle of the circulation pump.
B. Heating system with a three-way mixing valve. The Hydrolux valve is installed between the supply and return pipes.
C. Heating system with a four-way valve. The Hydrolux valve is installed between the supply and return pipes.
D. Heating system with a gas hot water boiler. The Hydrolux valve is installed between the supply and return pipes.
E. System with multiple heating circuits. The Hydrolux valve is installed between the supply pipe and the distributor.
