Download PDFThe humidity sensor monitors the humidity of wood and lumber in the kilns. It detects the humidity value using stainless steel screw electrodes. The electrodes measure humidity based on the electrical conductivity in the wood and their connecting cables are provided with FEP insulation. It will withstand even the most demanding conditions of drying ovens.
The sensor is equipped with Modbus RTU remote communication and is one of the most modern multifunctional measuring devices from the PluraSens family. The analog output sends a 4-20 mA or 0-10V signal. The analog output is switched by a jumper.
