Manual Control

Automatic bypass valves and differential pressure regulators control the water flow in the heating circuit based on differential pressure. They are most commonly used for heating or cooling systems with utility water. They ensure a minimum flow through the boiler and limit the circulation pressure in case other heating circuits are closed. Precise balancing is primarily enabled by a digital scale and easy reading of the setting value. Easy operation is also possible thanks to the simple method of closing the valve. Valves are installed if required by the boiler manufacturer or if a minimum flow must be maintained during boiler operation. The use of automatic bypass valves is recommended in heating systems with a large number of thermostatic valves. In the event that the thermostatic valves are open, the automatic bypass valve remains closed. However, as the thermostatic valves begin to close, the bypass valve opens to maintain the required water flow through the boiler. Using an automatic bypass valve reduces noise caused by water flow. It also helps to reduce low-temperature boiler corrosion by increasing the return water temperature. All valves have a very long lifespan and practically eliminate the risk of leakage.

The range includes two basic types of balancing valves - with drainage and without drainage. In cooling and heating systems as well as in domestic water systems, balancing valves are used for precise hydronic balancing (distribution of thermal flows in the system) across a wide range of applications. The required flow can be preset as needed. The variant without drainage offers valve closure. The version with drainage, in addition to closure, also features drainage.

It is necessary to balance central heating systems, domestic hot water (DHW) systems, and cooling distribution systems. The valves are equipped with measuring nipples. For installation, there are internal threads on both sides of the valve body. The control element is a handle made of durable plastic. Manual balancing valves are most commonly manufactured in DN 15 – 50, pressure class PN 20.

The offered balancing valves are from the companies IMI and TACONOVA.
