The Optima Compact pressure-independent 2-way control valve combines an automatic balancing valve and a 2-way control valve in a single body. The Optima Compact / Optima Compact Flange pressure-independent 2-way control valves are threaded / flanged valves designed primarily for setting flow rates through terminal units (fan coils, chilled beams, etc.) as well as flow rates in large process distribution systems, while always ensuring precise output control. The flow limiter setting on Optima Compact valves does NOT affect the working stroke of the control cone, which is therefore ALWAYS 2.5 mm, 5 mm, 5.5 mm and 15 mm (Optima Compact), 20 mm and 40 mm (Optima Compact Flange). The Optima Compact pressure-independent 2-way control valves are fitted with thermal or electromechanical actuators, allowing us to choose the type of characteristic by this selection (linear / equal percentage).
