Actuator for 2-way and 3-way valves and controllers with modulating or switching output. The actuator contains a brushless DC motor controlled by an electronic SUT unit (Sauter Universal Technology) and features a maintenance-free gearbox and load-dependent electronic cut-off. It automatically recognises the control signal used (continuous/switching) and indicates it by means of a two-colour LED. The actuator automatically adapts to the valve stroke value. Even in the event of a power failure, the actuator remembers its position thanks to absolute distance measurement. A wide range of parameters can be set on the actuator via coded switches.

Installation is possible from an upright vertical to a horizontal position and is very easy. When the control signal is applied, the spindle engages automatically. Thanks to the many adapters available, the actuator can also be fitted to valves from other manufacturers. The actuator operates very quietly.
