Thermostat Siemens RDZ101ZB is part of the Siemens Connected Home automation system for smart heating. It is designed for temperature regulation in heating systems. Easy wall mounting or thanks to its wireless connection, it can be placed on a table.

The thermostat is wireless and powered by two 1.5 V AA batteries. Easily connect it via ZigBee 3.0 with the GTW100ZB router. Up to 40 control thermostats can be connected to one ZigBee router, for adding more thermostats another router or the RCR110.2ZB switching unit can be used as a signal repeater. The entire Siemens smart heating system is then easily controlled from the Connected Home mobile app, where you can easily set the daily heating schedule. Thermostat RDZ100ZB  also allows for manual temperature adjustment using touch buttons. The display with power-saving mode clearly shows settings and other details.

The thermostat is connected to the wireless switching unit of the Connected Home system. Equipped with 2-position /  TPI control to achieve constant temperature, a temperature sensor, a function for open window detection and frost protection.

The package includes 2 AA batteries, 2 base mounting plates (one with a stand), the front part of the thermostat and installation instructions.

The thermostat can also be set manually. It features three buttons located on the body and an LCD display that clearly shows settings, alerts, and more. The "-" button decreases the set temperature, while the "+" button increases it. Pressing and holding both buttons for 10 seconds resets the device to factory settings. Pressing the power button wakes up the display, and pressing it again starts controlling the ON/OFF mode. Pressing and holding the button for five seconds sets the thermostat to pairing mode.
