The Wilo TMW32/8 submersible sludge pump with float switch is an indispensable helper for pumping water in domestic conditions. The pump is ready for fully automated operation. It is lightweight and easy to carry, and is suitable for both fixed and portable installation. A pressure hose or pipe can be used for water discharge (especially for permanent installation).

The motor is cooled by the surrounding medium, transferring its residual heat to the surroundings through its casing. In the event of overheating, the pump switches off and starts up again once it has cooled down. The hydraulics are separated from the motor by a sealing chamber filled with white oil. On the motor side there is a shaft sealing ring, and on the hydraulic side a mechanical seal.

Twister function (swirling)

The TMW sludge pump is equipped with the so-called "swirling" function. In practice, this means that, thanks to its design, continuous swirling takes place in the suction chamber. In this way, the pump sump is kept clean. Thanks to the "swirling" feature and the associated removal of settling substances, no odours are produced by the pumped medium. The swirling function can be deactivated, which increases the pump characteristic by 1 m.
