Thermoelectric actuator designed for pressure-independent valves Hydronic Systems Optima Compact DN10-32. Appliance power control via On/Off or PWM system. Available in NC (normally closed) and NO (normally open) versions. All control actuators allow installation in any position, including under the valve!

Normally Closed - NC

The actuator consists of a wax sensor and a return spring. Without a voltage signal, the actuator is maintained in the "closed" position by the spring's pre-tension. When voltage is applied to the wax sensor, its thermal expansion causes it to move to the "open" position. The actuator is supplied in a partially open position to allow the system to be filled and flushed before connecting the control actuators to the measurement and regulation system.
