Actuator Marking Overview:

• Series and Torque (e.g., VSX300):

  • Indicates the specific series and maximum torque (VSX300 means the VSX series with a maximum torque of 300 Nm).

• Rotation Angle (e.g., 90A or 180B):

  • Specifies the maximum rotation angle, commonly 90° or 180°, sometimes accompanied by a letter specifying the power type (A = 12-48V, B = 100-240V).

• Functional Characteristics (e.g., G00, GS6, or FS):

  • G00: Basic version without special functions.
  • GS6: Model with Fail Safe function, which automatically sets the valve to a safe position in the event of a power failure.
  • FS: Fail Safe version with backup battery or spring -> emergency function.

• Power Supply (e.g., 100-240V AC or 12-48V DC):

  • Specifies the type and range of supply voltage, for example, 100-240V AC for alternating current or 12-48V DC for direct current.

• Communication Interface (e.g., MOD or RS485):

  • MOD: Model supporting Modbus communication.
  • RS485: Connection via industrial RS485 interface for remote control and monitoring.

• Material and Design (e.g., SS or ATEX):

  • SS: Stainless steel, which increases resistance to corrosion.
  • ATEX: Certification for explosive environments, meeting European ATEX standards.

• Protection (e.g., IP68):
