The device is compact and immediately ready for connection and commissioning.
The collection tank is airtight and watertight with an inclined inlet collection area. Thanks to the transparent lid and cleaning opening on the non-return valve, maintenance and cleaning are easy. High reliability is ensured by non-corrosive materials made from technical plastics and stainless steel. A major advantage of the device is its high flow rate, high switching volume, thermal motor protection and alarm. The tank level is measured by an analogue output signal of 4...20 mA.
The pumping station is automatically controlled by the Wilo-Control EC-L switching device. It is operated via a display and features a ModBus interface for remote communication, allowing fault reports to be transmitted remotely or via a volt-free contact. In the event of a fault, an autonomous alarm is activated. The switching device allows the run-on time to be set. It is powered by a 1.5m cable with a plug.
Drainlift SANI-L is an excellent choice for multi-generational homes and industrial buildings with uncontrolled wastewater discharge. The motor allows the use of optional modes Continuous operation and Intermittent operation.
This version is suitable for pumping aggressive media, such as pool water containing chloride (max. 1.2 mg/l), rainwater, cleaning, disinfecting, washing and laundry agents, and condensate from heating technology.
Wastewater is fed through a pipe into the collection tank of the pumping station. Once it reaches the switching volume, the pump is activated and transfers the water into the connected pressure line. After reaching the switch-off point, the pump turns off again.
If the level is too high, the pump is activated and a warning LED indicator starts flashing on the station. An internal sound alarm and an output for collective fault reporting are activated.
