Water leaks and frozen pipes can cause major damage that can now be avoided with Honeywell's new product. The Lyric W1 can easily be placed in problematic areas (bathroom, attic, wash basins, etc.) where it can operate independently or be connected with an extension probe that can detect flooding along its entire length. This solution is ideal for wrapping around pipes that we want to watch. In addition, built-in sensors monitor the room temperature and humidity to help prevent pipe freezing and mold formation. The device comes with a 1,2 m long, full-length sensitive cable that can be extended up to 150 m.
If there is a water leak, the built-in siren will sound 100 dB and you will be informed immediately via the Lyric mobile app, which will keep you in control. Honeywell also thought about keeping you calm even when you are away from home for a long time. Lyric lets you set a leak report to your friends or family.
In the package you will find 3 AA batteries, which will ensure the detector life for 3 years. You will be notified in advance of any replacement.
Product belongs to the Lyric series. Each product in the range can work independently - but together they are a way to better and more comfortable manage your life.
