Pumping station designed for pumping pre-treated wastewater without faeces and long fibers. The station is equipped with a complete piping , a submersible sludge pump TMW32 / 11 and a non- return valve . Everything is located in a plastic shaft cover for installation in the underground with two inflow options (DN 100).

Pump

The pump is ready for fully automated operation. It has a float switch and thermal control of the engine . The engine is cooled by the surrounding medium , it transfers its residual heat to the surroundings through its casing. In the event of overheating, the pump switches off and restarts after it has cooled down. The hydraulics are separated from the engine by a sealing chamber filled with white oil. There is a shaft sealing ring on the motor side and a mechanical seal on the hydraulic side.

Twister function

The TMW sludge pump is equipped with a so-called "swirl" . In practice, this means that, thanks to its design, there is a constant swirl in the suction space. In this way, the cleanliness of the pump sump is achieved. Due to the "swirl" property and the associated removal of sedimenting substances, no odor is caused by the pumped medium. The swirl function can be deactivated, increasing the pump characteristic by 1 m.
