Wilo Stratos GIGA2.0-I 40/1-19/1.1 is a highly efficient inline pump with a dry-running design, equipped with an electronically commutated IE5 class motor. Thanks to advanced power regulation, mechanical seal, and flange connection DN 40, it represents an ideal solution for demanding heating, air conditioning, and cooling systems.

The pump is designed as a single-stage low-pressure centrifugal pump in a block design, equipped with a spiral casing with an inline construction. The cataphoretic coating of the body and motor flange ensures long-term corrosion protection. The materials used include grey cast iron, stainless steel, and PPS-GF40 composite.

The pump is suitable for pumping heating water according to VDI 2035, cooling water, and water-glycol mixtures (20...50%), within a media temperature range from –20 to +140 °C. For higher glycol content or operation above 40 °C, the use of a variant with an appropriate mechanical seal is recommended.
