We ship the same working day, if ordered before 11:30 AM CET. The delivery times from the handover to the carrier are listed in the table below. Delivery is between 8:00 and 18:00. You are informed about the package sending by email containing the shipment number and tracking link. If the carrier is unable to deliver the package, they contact the recipient to set another time, date or place of delivery (it is possible to redirect the package to another address). In the case of a second unsuccessful attempt, the package is returned to the sender.
