Pressure Gauge (also known as Manometer) is a mechanical measuring device for gas or liquid. The most commonly used deformation elements include membranes, bellows, or the so-called Bourdon tube, which is usually made from brass or (for higher pressures) from steel. The Bourdon tube is an elliptical cross-section tube coiled into a circular arc. One end is connected to the pressure inlet and the other is sealed and connected via the transmission mechanism to the indicator on the scale. Under pressure, the tube tends to straighten and change the elliptical cross-section to a circular one. The ranges of these pressure gauges are from 0 to approximately 200 MPa.
The pressure gauge must be selected with regard to the pressure range, technical application, and specific properties of the measured medium. To ensure long-term measurement accuracy, appropriate load limits must be observed during operation. Hazardous and explosive pressure media such as oxygen, acetylene, flammable gases and liquids, toxic gases and liquids, refrigerant fillings, etc., require increased attention during installation and operation, and all special and atypical conditions of the mentioned media must be considered. We believe that you will certainly find a suitable pressure gauge for your purposes from our offer.
