The Schischek ExMax-50-F Actuator Assembly and Tork TKV904.50 Ball Valve represents a robust and reliable solution for industrial applications where precise and safe flow control of media is required. The TKV904.50 model is made from stainless steel AISI 316 and fitted with PTFE seats, allowing its use with various liquids and gases. The assembly is therefore an ideal choice for demanding operations where resistance to pressure, temperature, and chemically aggressive media is required.

Suitable Media

• Liquids: water, steam, hydraulic and mineral oils, other neutral and chemically more demanding liquids within PTFE resistance.

• Gases: compressed air, nitrogen (N₂), carbon dioxide (CO₂), oxygen (O₂ – with clean assembly without grease), hydrogen (H₂ – limited), helium (He), argon (Ar), and other inert gases.

The range of use is from –40 °C to +180 °C and up to a pressure of PN 63 (63 bar).
