System Separator SYR CA is a separator with various uncontrolled pressure zones. It is used to secure devices with liquids up to category 3 according to DIN EN 1717. This category includes liquids that, as carriers of one or more less toxic substances (e.g., heating water), pose a health risk to humans.
 
The main application area of this fitting is filling heating systems. The function can be monitored externally with an optical position indicator.
 
Application Area:
 
The task of the system separator CA is to prevent back-siphoning or backflow of utility water into the public drinking water network. It is mainly used for filling heating systems without inhibitors and allows a fixed connection of the heating filling device to the drinking water distribution system.
 
Design:
 
The system separator is divided into three zones:

• inlet pressure zone
• non-measurable intermediate pressure zone (vented to the atmosphere)
• discharge pressure zone

 
Material:
 
The separator is made from high-quality brass alloy with low lead content. The internal parts are made from high-quality plastics resistant to corrosion or from stainless steel.
