Pumping station designed for pumping pre-treated wastewater without the presence of faeces and long fibres. The station is equipped with complete piping, a submersible sewage pump TMW 40/11, and a non-return valve. Everything is housed in a plastic shaft cover for underground installation with two inflow options (DN 100).

Pump

The pump is ready for fully automated operation. It features a float switch and thermal motor protection. The motor is cooled by the surrounding medium, dissipating its residual heat into the environment through its casing. In the event of overheating, the pump shuts off and restarts once it has cooled down. The hydraulics are separated from the motor by a sealing chamber filled with white oil. On the motor side, there is a shaft sealing ring, and on the hydraulic side, there is a mechanical seal.

Twister Function (Swirling)

The TMW sewage pump is equipped with the so-called "swirling" feature. In practice, this means that due to its design, there is a constant swirling in the suction area. This ensures the cleanliness of the pumping sump. Thanks to the "swirling" feature and the associated removal of sedimenting substances, no odour is generated by the pumped medium. The swirling function can be deactivated, which increases the pump's performance by 1 metre.
