The ultrasonic sensor measures flow in closed systems of cold and hot water in heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems. The sensor is resistant to impurities and consists of a flow pipe, two flow transmitters, and an electronic circuit. It is capable of compensating for errors when measuring the flow of water containing glycol and errors arising from temperature changes. Therefore, a temperature sensor and glycol compensator are mounted in the sensor. An arrow indicating the flow direction is displayed on the body of the sensor's flow pipe. The sensor should be installed so that the arrow corresponds to the system's flow direction; otherwise, incorrect measurements may occur.
