Download PDFThe programmable wireless Danfoss Ally head regulates heating according to set parameters and daily schedule. It is suitable for use in all living spaces. Its installation is very easy and quick. The package includes several connection adapters, allowing you to install it on all Danfoss radiator valves as well as on valves from other manufacturers using the M30x1.5 connection.
The digital display shows the set desired room temperature. It can be adjusted using the rotary handle and a single button. The head also communicates remotely with devices using the Zigbee interface. Once paired with the Danfoss Ally Gateway central unit, the head can be controlled remotely via a phone app.
The head is powered by two AA batteries, which should last up to two years. The batteries are placed under the cover of the rotary handle. To turn it on and start operation, simply press the control button for 3 seconds.
The room temperature is measured by several integrated sensors in the head. They measure the temperature approximately 20 cm in front of the head, allowing it to regulate the room temperature as accurately as possible. Be aware of external factors that can affect temperature measurement, such as fireplaces, direct sunlight, drafts, curtains, and others.
