Download PDFThe smoke detector optically detects the presence of smoke or fire in your home and promptly alerts you to the danger of fire.
The detector is suitable for placement on the wall or ceiling in houses, homes, and recreational properties, such as caravans. The optical sensor detects smoke visually. The detector should not be placed in rooms where steam or smoke is normally produced (kitchen, garage); in these cases, the use of the R200H fire alarm is recommended. Install the smoke detector wherever the presence of smoke is not acceptable (bedrooms, living rooms, etc.).
It is recommended to test the detector once a month, even though it is equipped with a self-check function.
Detectors can be wirelessly interconnected, but they must not be more than 5 m apart. When an alarm is triggered, all will activate. The smoke detector can also be combined with wireless CO detectors or fire alarms from Honeywell.
