The automatic backwash unit provides fully automatic cleaning of the filter screen in Resideo Braukmann drinking water filters. Backwashing is carried out by opening and closing the drain valve at set intervals, keeping the filter operational over the long term without the need for manual operation. The version with 3 Nm torque and 230 VAC power supply is designed for PrimusPlus F74CS and FK74CS in sizes 1/2" to 1 1/4". The settings are retained even in the event of a power failure, and if the power supply is interrupted during backwashing, the valve closes safely thanks to backup energy (SuperCap).
