Rotary actuator for controlling air handling dampers with fail-safe function in case of power failure. Designed for use in ventilation and air conditioning applications to regulate air flow through ductwork. The fail-safe function is ensured by a return spring which is constantly under tension. In the event of a power failure, the spring automatically resets the actuator to a safe position.
