The lift actuator is installed directly onto the valves without requiring any additional accessories. Installation is easy and quick. It is designed for VVG549.. valves in HVAC applications. The actuator is controlled by a continuous signal, but it can also be operated manually. Any control signal from the offered options can be selected for the actuator. One controller can be superior to up to ten actuators, allowing this model to be connected in parallel.

The actuator receives a feedback signal at terminal U. During installation, the actuator performs self-calibration and determines the end positions the valve spindle can reach. It also immediately detects the actual stroke value of the valve depending on the force. This data is then stored for later operation.

The actuator is also equipped with a foreign object detection function, which can recognize if the valve body has been blocked by a foreign object. The actuator will then make three attempts to release it, and if unsuccessful, it will begin to signal a fault with LED indication.

Forced control Z (Z mode) is integrated into the actuator's design, which is prioritized over automatic mode.
