The Evikon E2630-CO is a detector designed for precise monitoring of carbon monoxide (CO) concentration in the air. The device is equipped with an electrochemical sensor that ensures reliable detection and stable measurement even at low concentrations. This makes it ideal for applications where it is necessary to monitor the safety limits of this hazardous gas.

The device is housed in a wall-mounted enclosure with an IP65 protection rating, ensuring its resistance to dust and water. Additionally, it features visual and acoustic alarms for timely warning in case of increased carbon monoxide concentration. The E2630-CO is equipped with two SPDT relay outputs, allowing easy integration with ventilation and alarm systems.

Common Applications:

The E2630-CO detector is intended for monitoring carbon monoxide in environments such as boiler rooms, garages, tunnels, industrial halls, and other enclosed spaces where CO accumulation may occur. The device helps prevent health risks associated with exposure to this gas and contributes to ensuring the safety of workers and operations.

Carbon Monoxide CO:

Carbon monoxide (CO) is colourless and odourless, making it particularly dangerous as its presence cannot be easily detected without a detector. It is produced during the incomplete combustion of fossil fuels, such as in boilers, cars, or during burning in enclosed spaces. Even low concentrations of carbon monoxide can cause health problems, such as headaches, dizziness, or poisoning, and higher levels can be fatal.

Calibration Protocol

Calibration Protocol

Each package of Evikon gas detectors includes a factory calibration protocol. The calibration protocol is in English. Gas concentration measurements are influenced by operating temperature and humidity, so calibration during the detector's manufacture is carried out with higher safety in mind.
