The E2618 series sensors are an intelligent solution for modern applications with ModBus RS485 communication and two analog outputs 4-20mA/0-10V.
With two types of sensors:
The device can be supplied with or without an LCD display.
| Propane (C3H8) | Petrol vapours (C6H14) | Methane (CH4) | Butane (C4H10) | Hydrogen (H2) | Acetylene (C2H2) |
THE DETECTOR IS DEFAULTLY CALIBRATED FOR PETROL VAPOURS.
Each sensor is factory calibrated to default values (described in the manual). However, after a certain period, recalibration is necessary. For the metal oxide sensor, this period is 12 months, and its lifespan is 5 years. For the catalytic sensor, the recalibration period is shorter, 3...6 months, with a sensor lifespan of 3 years. Calibration can only be performed by a person certified by the manufacturer.
