Asbestos-free interflange gasket made of graphite for metal flanges. 

Advantages: 

  • Installation/removal: The flexibility and stability of graphite gaskets prevent installation issues - these gaskets do not cause the material to "stick" to the metal flange.
  • Sealing properties: The combination of PTFE and graphite offers better sealing properties than standard fibre or rubber gaskets. 
  • Chemical resistance: Can be used for pH 0-14, unaffected by the presence of oxidising agents, fluorine, and others. 
  • Wide range of applications: The gasket can be used for a variety of applications. Applications include rotary pumps, centrifugal pumps, mixers, and any valves operating at temperatures below 288°C.
