Asbestos-free interflange gasket made of graphite for metal flanges. 

Advantages: 

  • Installation/removal: the flexibility and stability of graphite gaskets prevent installation issues - these gaskets do not "stick" to the metal of the flange
  • Sealing properties: the combination of PTFE and graphite offers better sealing properties than standard fibre or rubber gaskets 
  • Chemical resistance: can be used for pH 0-14, unaffected by the presence of oxidizing agents, fluorine, and others. 
  • Wide range of applications: the gasket can be used for a variety of applications. Applications include rotary pumps, centrifugal pumps, mixers, and any valves operating at temperatures below 288 °C.
