Download PDFThe standalone body of the Honeywell VC series three-way valve is designed for use in domestic and small industrial installations to control the flow direction of heating and cooling water. It is also used for zone control in heating or cooling systems or as distribution valves for domestic hot water circuits. The 3-way water valves are designed to control flow in two directions (distribution mode) or in mixing mode in heating and/or cooling systems.
The VC series valves utilize a special sinusoidal opening pattern that prevents pressure surges in the system. The valve body is made of brass with a stainless steel spindle. The medium can be water or water with a glycol mixture.
The valves are operated by Honeywell VC actuators.
