The ALPHA Reader MI401 unit functions as a receiver and sensor for the performance data of the ALPHA3 pump. The unit transmits data to mobile devices with Android or iOS systems using Bluetooth technology. It is powered by a small lithium battery.
The unit is used in conjunction with the Grundfos GO Balance app to regulate heating, primarily in family homes. The app guides you through a series of steps during which information about the installation and measurements from the pump are collected. In a system with two branches using radiators for heating, the app calculates balancing values for each of the fittings. Based on these values, the app guides you through the adjustment of all fittings in the system.
The app is available for devices with Android and iOS systems and can be downloaded from the Google Play and App Store.
