The ALPHA Reader MI401 works as an ALPHA3 power pump receiver and sensor. The unit sends data to mobile devices running Android or iOS using Bluetooth. Power is provided by a small lithium battery.
Usage
The unit is used together with Grundfos GO Balance to regulate heating especially in family houses. The application will walk you through a series of steps during which assembly and measurement information from the pump is collected. In a system with two branches, which are used to heat radiators, the application calculates for each of the balancing value valves. Based on these values, the application will make you adjust all the valves in the system.
The app is available for Android and iOS devices and can be downloaded from Google Play stores and the App Store.
