Prevents excessive system noise, compensates for pressure differences, prevents overflow . In systems with a gas hot water boiler, the Hydrolux valve can also be used to ensure minimum flow.
The exact pressure difference can be set on the valve, which will then stick to the valve when balancing the system. All pressure fluctuations caused by a change in flow in the system will be eliminated. As the flow rate decreases, the pressure difference increases, to which the valve responds by opening the system. This keeps the pressure difference relatively stable.
A. Heating system without mixing. The Hydrolux valve is installed between the suction and discharge ports of the circulation pump.
B. Heating system with three-way mixing valve. The Hydrloux valve is installed between the supply and return lines.
C. Heating system with four-way valve. The Hydrloux valve is installed between the supply and return lines.
D. Heating system with gas hot water boiler. The Hydrloux valve is installed between the supply and return lines.
E. System with multiple heating circuits. The Hydrloux valve is installed between the supply line and the manifold.
