The DDA111 double pump group is used both for direct hot water supply from the boiler and for mixing hot water from the boiler with return water from the heating unit. The mixing unit is equipped with a 3-point actuator ARA661. Pumping water from the boiler is provided by a Wilo pump - PARA 15-130 / 8-75 / SC. The group is designed for two separate heating circuits .

The pump group consists of a mixing group and a direct group. The mixing part is composed of a mixing valve controlled by an actuator. The direct group contains a manifold and two shut-off valves with thermometers on the supply and shut-off pipes. There are also non-return valves and two highly efficient Wilo PARA circulation pumps. Everything is hidden in a thermal insulation jacket.

After purchasing the DVA111 option set, the DDA111 pump group can be expanded to a DAA111 with two mixing groups.

FUNCTION

The direct part of the group is used for direct pumping of hot water from the boiler and its line to the heating system. Cold water flows back from the heating unit. The mixing section mixes the hot water led from the boiler and the colder water returning from the heating system. This creates the ideal required temperature, which is determined by an external temperature controller or thermostat. The mixing function is ideal for use in underfloor heating.
