The drive is controlled by a connected thermostat . Electricity consumption is greatly reduced, as energy is only consumed when the drive is adjusted.
Assembly and disassembly of the actuator from the valve body is very easy. When installing on a valve, it is not necessary to drain the system or remove the valve from the system.
Model VC8010 is powered by 24V and is equipped with a 2 + 1-wire connection for SPST (changeover contact) with a Molex connector.
