The Danfoss BCP4H pressure switch is used to monitor the high pressure of steam and hot water boilers . When the risk limit is exceeded, it acts as a safety control and shuts off the power supply . The subsequent reset must be performed manually. The setting is made in the range of 1 ... 10 bar for the lower limit below which the pressure should not fall. The differential range is fixed and its value is printed on a scale.
