A domestic waterworks system serves the household during regular operation without you being aware of its function (assuming you are not connected to the water supply network). Using water from your own sources is certainly a significant saving, and this applies even if your well might not meet the requirements for drinking water. A typical household has high demands even for so-called utility water. Therefore, we can hardly do without a reliably functioning domestic waterworks system. Naturally, a domestic waterworks system is also useful in a recreational property and in various operations where water consumption is often considerable. A domestic waterworks system consists of a complete set, which includes a self-priming pump (which can also be purchased separately) and an appropriately sized water pressure tank. For automatic refilling, a pressure switch and a pressure sensor are used to ensure the prescribed pressure and thus the operation of the waterworks system. A domestic waterworks system easily draws water from a well or borehole with a height difference of up to eight metres.
