The electronically programmable unit provides automatic cleaning, rinsing and sludge removal of F76S series filters or older Honeywell-Braukmann models. The rinsing time interval can be set between 4 minutes and 3 months (a total of 16 different options), or it is possible to start the rinsing immediately using the manual button. By default, the interval is set to 45 days.

In the event of a power failure, the unit has a safety function that completes the current flush.

After connecting the appropriate switching relay, the unit can be remotely controlled while sensing the position of the ball valve. Furthermore, the unit allows the installation of a pressure switch in front of or behind the filter, so that it is possible to control the flushing by an increased pressure difference when the filter is clogged.
